Next I ask for a time frame as I have paid a large sum of money for these products and would like to know when I will receive them. At this point my mind is blown because it clearly states the tune is for 2018+ and my bike is the +! LUCKILY I didn't ship my ECU yet. While going back and forth in emails trying to figure out my options I get another email stating they can't tune my ECU anyway because it's a 2023 and Kawasaki changed the ECU harness. Even though it says it's in stock on the website and charged me for it. I get an email where to ship my ECU and yesterday remove the ECU from my bike.Today I get an email that they don't have the carbon exhaust, only titanium and won't have carbon until (maybe) the end of December. Saturday I pulled the trigger and happily charged my card for the $1600.00 bill. I had planned to get a Norton ECU tune, install a full Akrapovic carbon exhaust, Norton velocity stacks, Norton smog delete, and high flow air filter. I have a 2023 Ninja 400 and had big plans for this year's winter storage.
